"During our initial phone call, even before we had decided to go with you as a photographer, you gave me an hour of your time to talk through my wedding timeline and other details that I had not quite thought through yet!  I got off the phone feeling much more relaxed and prepared for the whole planning phase.  You were so accommodating throughout the whole process and really made an effort to get to know our personalities in preparation for capturing the special moments on our big day.  We also really appreciated your advice and ideas during the engagement photo session and wedding day.
